Tuesday July 2, 9:00 pm

Located on the roof of Nicolls building, Bishop’s University’s astronomical observatory is part of the International Dark Sky Reserve of Mont-Mégantic.

The activity will give you a brief tour of the universe lasting about 45 minutes, including a visit to the control centre of the observatory and of the dome, where the telescope is located.

If the sky is with us, the astronomer will choose a few interesting phenomena to observe, depending on what the sky will offer us : stars, galaxies, nebulae, etc.
